This is a sample of video training we produce for a manufacturer of portable gas monitors. While an end-user instruction manual is shipped with every instrument, the company experienced a high volume of calls to their customer service department; inquiries about operation and calibration of their instruments.
We now produce DVD video instruction to supplement the written manual. Almost immediately, calls to customer service were greatly reduced.
